Comfortable and spacious rooms.

We were placed in a dark and cold Tuareg Double Room that felt cramped and unwelcoming. Having to walk through multiple levels to access the bathroom was not only inconvenient but also quite annoying. This experience left us feeling dissatisfied and regretting our choice.

Well-appointed rooms with red rose petals, exceptionally attentive staff. Absolutely fantastic and outstanding breakfast and outstanding food. Their service was good.

Booked a room with red rose petals. There were climate control, a personal safe, and ironing facilities provided. The location was peaceful, at a medium distance from Dar si Said Local History Museum.

The Moroccan pancakes at breakfast were next-level delicious! Plus, the attentive staff made sure our every need was met, from fresh fruit to lovely room service. It was the ultimate cozy sanctuary after long days of exploring.

It was nicely furnished, modern and with red rose petals.

The location was excellent in the Center of the old town.

The children loved exploring the vibrant markets nearby, and we felt at home in our spacious suite. Every morning began with a lovely breakfast on the rooftop, a real treat for the whole family.

attractive hotel, breakfast each day was absolutely fantastic and the location right in the center of the medina was good. courteous and nice staff which made our stay fantastic. the room was luxurious, the bed was large and there was a beautiful bathroom. there was free wi-fi throughout the property and the service in general was top-notch. the property was in the middle of the city. tried some nice meals at dar cherifa, located next to the property. we appreciated the moroccan cuisine in the restaurant.

I loved taking part in the cooking class . It involved a visit to the market where we learned about local spices, then a lesson from the chef. I made my own meal, which highlighted the flavors of authentic Moroccan cuisine. It was a rewarding experience. The staff helped us feel at home, as we love exploring new cultures together.

Perfect getaway in Marrakesh!

Wow, this place was awesome! The staff was super friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. Our room was fine and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty, especially the fresh fruit! Just a heads up, it took us a little while to find the right entrance the first time around. But once inside, it was like home!

Our Tuareg Double Room felt a bit cramped and dark, situated over three levels , made moving around cumbersome. The bathroom was an upside but colder than expected, requiring navigating stairs. Breakfast options were pretty repetitive, lacking variety, especially for those who don't indulge in bread or pastries.

An enchanting escape nestled within vibrant city life, with room service that was impressively regular and efficient. The Moroccan pancakes at breakfast stood out, enchanting our taste buds each morning. The room we chose didn't meet our expectations compared to others in the hotel, and finding the hotel can be quite challenging without prior arrangements for transport.

The cooking class was a highlight! Visiting the market to learn about spices.
